Kristen came to Thinc with a proven track record of helping companies prioritize operations for maximum efficiency while aligning with the goals of the organization. As our Chief Operations Officer, Kristen’s focus is to cultivate and implement processes that will complement the tremendous growth Thinc has seen over the past several years while enabling us to continue offering the customized client experience that we pride ourselves in. Kristen is focused on developing and improving internal Thinc processes. Her focus as of late has been on implementing Sales Force and Pardot to facilitate Thinc’s ability to accurately capture contacts, source data efficiently and deliver robust campaigns on behalf of our clients.

Kristen is a graduate of Leadership Wilmington and was voted “Outstanding Class Member” by her peers. In July 2013, Kristen began her one-year term as Chairperson of the UNCW Cameron School of Business Alumni Chapter, after serving on the steering committee for the previous three years. She is a former member of the UNCW Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, the Cameron Executive Advisory Board and the UNCW Alumni Association Board. Kristen sat on the New Hanover Regional Medical Center Foundation Board from 2014 – 2019.

“It is an exciting time to join this group of talented people, working to grow, perform and achieve elevated success for our clients”, says Kristen. “I look forward to helping Thinc scale in a way that allows us to serve more clients while maintaining the company’s mission of providing a customized approach for every client.”

In her free time, Kristen can be found outside playing golf, tennis or pickleball or trying out a new recipe in her kitchen.
