Kelli joined Thinc Strategy in January 2016 to help business leaders grow through financial insight, operational proficiencies, and leadership development.  Prior to joining Thinc, Kelli spent several years with a top public accounting firm serving clients from the private, government and public sectors.  Having worked with a range of clients all the way up to Fortune 500, Kelli has developed a keen aptitude for financial analysis, improvements in operational efficiencies and developing that next level leader.  Outside of serving clients, Kelli is an Adjunct Professor to undergraduate students within the UNC school system.  She teaches various accounting focused and leadership courses and enjoys interacting with students of all ages.

Kelli’s favorite aspect of her work is the clients. She says, “I have the pleasure of working with clients across a diverse range of industries. I get the rare opportunity to develop unique perspectives that allow me to serve their individual needs.” She loves clients that are willing to embrace new ideas and explore diverse opportunities for growth.

Kelli encourages her clients to “never let the fear of failure keep you from pursuing your goals.”
