Kathy has served Thinc Strategy for three years in various roles and has proven her value to the company through resourcefulness, ownership of work, and dependability.  Her organizational skills, warm personality, attention to detail, and desire to work with others serve her well in her current role as Director, Business Services. 

Kathy loves being the missing puzzle piece for Thinc's clients who have thriving businesses but need the direction and support that she is able to offer to push them past limits they did not even know they had. Kathy says, "working with clients that are open to possibilities and expertise that we collectively bring to them make each day a new adventure."

Kathy's education and background in social services and healthcare coupled with her innate desire to see others succeed fuels her passion for this ever-evolving industry.  She's delighted to be a part of the Thinc Strategy family and loves the unique ways they serve Thinc's clients!
