Bridget Harrington

Chief Operations Officer

With over two decades of experience with innovative organizations as a business leader, strategy consultant, and entrepreneur, Bridget Harrington is the Chief Operating Officer of Thinc Strategy Inc.

Bridget started her career as an entrepreneur, co-founding a strategic consulting firm with a bi-coastal team that serviced national, top-tier consumer companies.    After selling her first company and traveling the world for a year, Bridget was recruited by Gannett’s Head of Innovation to develop a revenue and exit strategy for one of their innovative San Francisco-based titles.  Following the successful sale of the company, Bridget joined global financial services firm KPMG, developing valuation models for several leading venture capital firms in Silicon Valley.

Most recently, Bridget served as the Executive Director of Innovate Raleigh, where she led strategic economic development initiatives focused on accelerating innovation and entrepreneurship in the Triangle region.

Bridget finds inspiration and joy by putting things together – people who should know each other but don't; ideas from random places, concepts that seem dissimilar…  Her passion is figuring out how the whole can be more than the sum of its parts.
